The crime, poor schools, environmental injustice, blighted housing, and dearth of retail in the viablethird district is the responsibility of all Kansas Citians. The vibrant community that does exist in the viablethird district must be supported and championed not just by those that have nurtured it over the many years they have lived in the viablethird, but by everyone.
